As a designer, I am passionate about creating product experiences that go beyond the ordinary, aiming for solutions that are inclusive, mindful, and deeply human. My approach is rooted in empathy and a commitment to uncovering insights that drive impactful, empowering, and meaningful designs.
The first stage is the Exploration Phase. I gain knowledge on user, contexts and technologies. I collect user data by conducting interviews (with Stakeholders, actual and potential future users, etc.) and researching competitive products (Benchmarking).
During this step I proceed through my UX Research path:
I begin to build user personae on gathered data, I create user journeys, task flows and scenarios.
In this phase I evaluate, test and select user flows through interactive wireframe prototypes.
The final goal is to validate key assumptions and to make decisions around trade-offs.
In conclusion, I create high fidelity prototypes, and I deeply analyze User Experience insights unearthed from controlled usability testing with end- users.From here, I start building the product with FE engineers.
